Delicate Details

One of our recent beautiful brides, Alicia was a delight to work with.  We did our entire order from concept to completion over email and online!  Alicia contacted us with a seed of an idea and some gorgeous colors - sky blue and chocolate - and we went from there. The most important thing Alicia was hoping to convey in her jewelry was a delicate feel.  Here is one of her completed bridemaids' pieces:

Alicia's delicate bridesmaid's pieces are blue chalcedony pendants asymmetrically accented with tiny sky blue pearls and Swarovski crystals on an antique silver chain.

We were both very pleased with the finished design, here's what Alicia had to say:
"Truly, the necklaces you made were one of my favorite details of the wedding. I could not wait to give them to my bridesmaids! Thank you so much for working with me to create something so perfectly to what I had in mind! I'm so glad that I worked with you!"

Alicia was a pleasure to work with too, and we were delighted to see how perfectly the bridemaids pieces reflected her on her special day.  The excellent wedding photography was done by Captured Emotions Photography.  Click here for more samples of our custom design work, and here to contact us for more information.  We'd love to work with you on you're perfect custom wedding jewelry!

A Princess Bride

Tammy is a beautiful bride who wanted romance reflected in her designed pieces.  Her wedding had a subtle forest theme with gorgeous pinks and browns.  So Beautiful!

As I said - Romance!

We did Tammy's pieces as well as earrings for her bridesmaids.

The Bridal set is a floating Swarovski crystal briolette necklace with complimentary earrings.  The earring design hints at that subtle forest theme bringing to mind twigs and dew drops and wild flowers. They are pink Cubic Zirconia (extra sparkly!) sprinkled with AB Swarovski crystal and brown and cream freshwater pearls finished with antique bronze accents.

The Bridemaid's pieces are a simpler version of the bride's with pink Cubic Zirconia, brown freshwater pearls and antique bronze accents.

I think romance was achieved!

Tammy said she felt like a princess, and I think she looks like on too!  She was such a pleasure to work with, I'm so happy her day was exactly what she'd dreamt of.  The excellent wedding photography was done by Mangwood Photography.  Click here for more samples of our custom design work, and here to contact us for more information.  We'd love to work with you on you're perfect custom wedding jewelry!

Our Latest Beautiful Bride

Custom wedding design is definitely my favorite part of designing jewelry, and working with Christie was even more fun!  She was excited to try something not so typical, and we came up with the perfect designs to reflect her style and the theme for her wedding day.  She is a Long Island girl and played on the nautical theme, and it is totally her.  I loved that she chose to go with navy blue pearls, which were very dramatic.

Not to mention she is absolutely gorgeous anyway!

Christie's necklace is sterling silver with a navy freshwater pearl cluster, Swarovski crystals, and a teardrop shell pendent, embellished with a long crystal and pearl dangle at the closure in the back.  She wanted pearls and sparkle that were reminiscent of the sea.

She also gifted her bridesmaids with these beautifully simplistic pieces of navy freshwater pearl, Swarovski crystal and silver, which echo her piece.

Each was embellished with crystal and a wire wrapped pearl at the closure.

Christie was stunning, and I think this shot shows what a fun couple they are!  The excellent wedding photography was done by Johannah Lech.  Click here for more samples of our custom design work, and here to contact us for more information.  We'd love to work with you on you're perfect custom wedding jewelry!

When Slumber Means No Sleep

What is two nights of a hotel full of music, drinks, shopping, pampering and ladies only (1700 of them!) like?  You would have to see it for yourself!  We did - at 93Q's Amy's Slumber Party recently, and we had a rockin' good time!  We partied with our local CNY babes late into the night, some of whom had to win their way in after tickets sold out the first day of sales.  They were a crazy fun bunch, we enjoyed seeing the creativity displayed for the 'best slumber party emsemble' contest. There were lots of other cool vendors there as well, with such a variety of fabulous goodies.  Most of all, it was really fun to see the faces of some of our fans since we often only see their names and addresses.  We were glad to be part of such a fun weekend!
